What sounds easy can entail a complex process: Provision and storage of the demo devices, delivery to the customers or partners, collecting them again, testing, preparation, warehousing – and all this with continuous documentation so no devices go missing.
We manage an extensive inventory of demo devices. This not only comprises new products provided by manufacturers, but also includes the devices that partners send back to us if we were not able to sell them. Upon receiving such devices, we inspect them immediately, remove data and applications that might have been added and make minor repairs, if need be. As the devices are only returned to the demo pool after extensive quality controls, the next partner can rest assured of receiving perfect test settings.
